Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order to the United States. No minimum required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After your order ships, delivery typically takes 5 to 9 business days. In most cases your order will arrive within 6 to 11 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order has shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order at any time through our tracking page.
What if my order hasn't arrived yet?
Check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email first. If more than 11 business days have passed since you ordered and nothing has arrived, contact us at support@maison-cavarelli.com and we will look into it.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days on their end. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at support@maison-cavarelli.com.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Email us at support@maison-cavarelli.com with your order number and what you are looking for. The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
