At Maison Cavarelli, we aim to get your order to you as fast and as smoothly as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.
Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.
Free Shipping
All orders ship free. There is no minimum order amount required.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. If you place your order before 6:00 PM (ET) Monday through Saturday, processing begins that same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (ET) or on Sunday will start processing the next available business day.
Order Cut-off Time
Our daily cut-off time is 6:00 PM (ET), Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after this time or on Sunday will begin processing on the next available business day.
Delivery Time
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 5 to 9 business days. Most orders arrive within 6 to 11 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery timeframes are estimates. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can follow your package at any time through our tracking page.
Damaged or Lost Package
Check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged or you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us at support@maison-cavarelli.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will look into it and sort it out.
Incorrect Address
Double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, reach out to us immediately at support@maison-cavarelli.com. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
