Sometimes an order doesn't work out. That's okay. If you would like to return something, please follow the below instructions.
Return Window
You may only return items within 30 days of when your order was delivered. Once this period has expired you will no longer be able to return your items.
Return Eligibility
Only returnable items that are in the same condition you received them will be accepted. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We do not accept returns that show signs of wear or damage.
How to Return
To begin a return, send us an email at support@maison-cavarelli.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24 hours with your return address and instructions. Please do not send your return before you receive a reply from us. We cannot accept returns that are sent without first contacting us.
Return Shipping
Returns are paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service. We cannot take responsibility for lost items in return to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Item?
When your order arrives, unpack it and check that everything is okay. If something arrives damaged, defective or if something wasn't what you ordered, email us at support@maison-cavarelli.com within 30 days. We'll make sure the return shipping is sorted and we'll make it right.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us at support@maison-cavarelli.com with your order number and what size you need. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and it has been inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow your bank processing time on top of this.
