By accessing Maison Cavarelli or placing an order with us, you accept these Terms of Service in full. Please read them carefully before purchasing. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use our site.

Section 1 – Definitions

Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Noorlich Ventures LLC. "You" refers to any visitor, user or customer of our site. "Site" refers to maison-cavarelli.com. "Services" refers to all products and functionality made available through our site.

Section 2 – About Us

Maison Cavarelli is an online men's fashion store operated by Noorlich Ventures LLC, a Multi-Member LLC registered under the laws of the United States. Our store is built on the Shopify platform.

Section 3 – Age and Eligibility

By using our site, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian. Our store is for personal, non-commercial use only. Reselling our products without prior written consent is not permitted. We reserve the right to deny service to any person at any time, for any reason.

Section 4 – Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email does not represent acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when your order has been dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or inventory issues. If your order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.

Section 5 – Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@maison-cavarelli.com. We will make every effort to honor your request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing. If the order has already been dispatched, our Return & Refund Policy governs.

Section 6 – Products and Pricing

We take care to represent our products accurately, but color reproduction may vary across devices. We do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. In the case of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you. We may also restrict sales to specific regions or customers at our discretion.

Section 7 – Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, ELO, JCB, UnionPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners. By submitting your payment details, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method in question. We do not retain full payment information on our servers. We bear no responsibility for any surcharges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

Section 8 – Shipping and Delivery

Complete shipping information is set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays attributable to third-party carriers, customs authorities or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to the carrier upon handover. If your shipment is lost in transit, contact us at support@maison-cavarelli.com.

Section 9 – Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order, you agree to that policy. Returns require prior written approval. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Section 10 – Accuracy of Information

We endeavor to keep our site content accurate and current, but make no warranty as to its completeness or correctness. Content is provided for general informational purposes only. We reserve the right to amend site content at any time without notice. Reliance on any information on our site is at your own risk.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Noorlich Ventures LLC with respect to your use of our site. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

Section 23 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Wyoming. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our site. Your continued use of our site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
